Such a pretty place to stay. Host replied in a timely manner and all instructions on how to check in were very clear. It was a great experience and we will definitely be back !

Beautiful and picturesque location. The Castle is lovely and the Shakespeare suite both luxurious and comfortable with sumptuous king bedroom and fireplace. Don’t miss out on this beautiful accommodation with walkable gardens and gorgeous views just minutes from downtown Ashland.

We had a nice time at the chateau. Esther was super responsive when we had questions and clearly cared about our experience. The suite was comfortable and quiet, the room stately, with a large bathroom, nice kitchen, and dinning room. We thought that the kitchen and dinning were shared with other guest, but figured out they are not and are available to the suite occupants only. We did not find the jacuzzi and sauna, as we were busy. The main chateau has a nice coffee bar and a comfortable sitting room. The history of the place is a pretty amusing, and there are books about the construction you can read if interested. We recommend the chateau. I expect that the grounds are prettiest in the spring and summary, when all is blooming and green. We'll come back.

Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere enchanting to stay! Our family of four found the Shakespeare Suite to be the perfect size for us and very accommodating. The kitchen was fully equipped which we loved. The chateau is easy to get to, private and peaceful but still just a very short drive to downtown Ashland. So many wonderful shops and restaurants! Ashland is very pedestrian friendly, lots of walking paths and places to explore. Can’t beat that gorgeous, picturesque Southern Oregon landscape. We truly enjoyed our stay! :)

A very unique and special experience. We weren’t sure how it would work with our 3 young kids, but everything was perfect. There’s even a bedroom size closet for the baby. Great supplies to cook meals and enjoy the surrounding dings. We hope to stay here again!
